This listing is for a fine heavy solid walnut ? Wood open carved and fluted barley twist pedestal , table , stand with ball and claw feet . Made by the Merklin Brothers in New York City and dates to the late 1800's .

Condition is very good for its age . No significant knicks or scratches . Finish is original . The top needs covering or sanding and restaining  and there is an age stress crack on the wood support under the top .
