1800s ANTIQUE WALNUT WOOD LAP TOP WRITING DESK w GOLD TRIM & COMPARTMENTS UNIQUE

Here is an Antique and 1800s solid walnut writers laptop desk with two lids, compartments, felt lining, and gold trim.  Also could have been a document box. This Writer's desk has two sets of hinges. One at front with a lid that opens showing two felt areas for writing, a smaller lid with two brass hinges at back that opens to three compartments, and felt on the wood. When pull on red ribbon it opens to show storage underneath as pictured. Nice item with gold trim stenciling design on all five sides.     It measures about 12" inches wide by 9" inches deep and 3 1/2" inches tall at the back highest spot.
