DESCRIPTION.....Up for auction is a beautiful Carlton Mclendon mahogany carved Victorian style arm chair.  It features carved details, tufted back, bold lines, eight way hand tied spring construction and would accent any décor with tasteful elegance.                                           

CONDITION & MEASUREMENTS..... The chair comes from a pet/smoke free estate and is in great original condition/finish and measures......H. 44 3/4"  D. 35"  W. 26.5".  Seat height......16".  Arm height.....21.5".  Please note minor nicks and dings of age appropriate wear.  Fabric appears to be great with no stains or rips.              

Most of our merchandise is pre-owned or antique and will show minor signs of wear and use.
